Order
Can I modify or cancel my order?
If your order has not yet shipped, we may be able to help with changes, cancellations, or address updates.
Once an order has shipped, changes are no longer guaranteed as the package is already in transit.
You’re welcome to contact us, and we’ll help review the status where possible.
How long does order processing take?
Most orders are processed within 1–3 business days, including order review, quality check, and packaging.
Processing may take slightly longer during weekends, public holidays, or peak periods.
Sizing & Fit
How do I choose the right size?
Each product page includes a size guide with garment measurements. We recommend comparing these measurements with a similar item you already own.

Shipping
Which countries do you ship to?
We ship to the United States, United Kingdom, Canada, Australia, selected European countries, and other international destinations.
Available shipping options and rates will be shown at checkout based on your delivery location.
What are the delivery times?
Standard delivery usually takes 6–12 business days.
Final delivery times may vary due to customs clearance, carrier updates, holidays, or local conditions.
How can I track my order?
Once your order has shipped, a confirmation email with tracking information will be sent to you.
Tracking updates may take a little time to appear after the package is scanned by the carrier.
Will duties and taxes be covered?
We cover all duties and import taxes for international orders. You won’t need to pay additional charges when your package arrives.
Delivery Issues
What should I do if my package is lost or marked as delivered but not received?
If tracking shows delivered but the package has not been received, it may be helpful to check nearby delivery areas, your mailbox, front desk, building reception, neighbors, or the local carrier office.
If the package still cannot be located, contact us with your order number and tracking number. We’ll assist with a carrier investigation and review the next steps once it is complete.
What should I do if I received a wrong or defective item?
Please contact us at support@sthdept.com with your order number and clear photos of the item within 14 days of delivery.
Our team will review the issue and assist with the appropriate next step.
Returns & Exchanges
Can I return an item?
Return requests may be submitted within 14 days of delivery.
Returned items should be new, unworn, unwashed, unused, and sent back with original tags and packaging.
Final Sale items are not eligible for return.
